Designer's Inspiration
This elite Bookend will add an elegant touch to any book shelf or desk. Its high quality Optical Crystal Tapered Base features a projecting Romanesque Design made in Pāte de Verre through the "lost wax" technique. This French, glass casting technique, is a very complex and time-consuming process requiring abundant skill. It produces an unique transluceny and texture that can not be achieved with blown or molded glass.
